In the same year, a rich and eccentric Russian businessman named Alexandre Pavlovitch KLIAGUINE fell in love with a young art student. It was love at first sight, and they got married right away. As a present, he offered to his new wife the Hotel Napoleon in order to end her studies in the best conditions. It was at the hotel that they lived happily together until their deaths. And so, according to Napoleon Bonaparte, "a woman needs to spend 6 months in Paris to know what is due to her and what is her empire". Since then, numerous celebrities enjoyed a time of harmony in our hotel, such as Errol Flynn, Jean Gabin, Orson Welles, Joséphine Baker and many others.
